Evidently yes – anyone can be the manager of your $5m real estate LLC. They can get a loan or sell your property. Why work when it’s easy to steal millions in cash from you?
The article “Weak safeguards make Nevada companies easy targets for fraud” published by Las Vegas Review Journal describes how the secretary of state’s office for years has done little to prevent the filing of fake documents.
