Huge Real Estate Equity at Risk?

Posted on 2018-05-10 by James Billings

Are you ok knowing that your $12,000,000 real estate holdings are clearly identified in the newspaper? It’s easy for anyone to google search your personal life. How does this make you feel secure? If not, immediately transfer title to an anonymous trust!

The transaction involved a ground lease that is rarely used in apartment development.
