Final Judgments

Fideicommissa – Italian for trust. This is exactly why I did research in Rome at the American Academy and the Vatican Libraries. Imagine my delight reading the history of Caesar as grantor and Octavian as trustee in 44 BC. Disinherited Mark Anthony was furious. This story remains relevant in how we design trust solutions today.
